Attended the "Building Bridges to Break Barriers" Forum in Cincinnati Today to Discuss Ways to Reduce Recidivism

Today, I spoke at “Building Bridges to Break Barriers,” a community forum in Cincinnati to discuss programs to reduce recidivism. One such program is the Second Chance Reauthorization Act, which I introduced and, if passed, would save taxpayer dollars and improve prisoner reentry policy at the federal level.
